Stories We Tell Ourselves

Alice and Charlotte are college students. Roommates, in fact. They share a room with Monet and have pinups, 40s advertising, programs and posters from shows Alice has worked on, and two Flight of the Conchords posters on their walls. This, Alice feels, explains much.

Alice studies gender, mass media, and theatre. She likes to draw and spends a lot of time at rehearsals.

Charlotte is quite possibly the foremost expert on the period between 1935 and 1960 at her college. She also likes to draw and plays a lot of Wii.

Monet is Charlotte's narcoleptic betta fish. He likes to swim, sleep, eat, and blast Fall Out Boy when he's not watching The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross.
